Quality Custom Signs was founded by Jenny Robertson and Dino Paglia with a vision to be more than just a sign company — to be a trusted partner in brand development through exceptional custom signage and wide-format printing. From day one, Jenny and Dino focused on delivering quality products backed by strong communication, creative solutions, and a collaborative spirit that puts clients first.

Over time, Quality Custom Signs grew into a full-service custom sign and graphics provider serving a wide range of markets, including new construction, small businesses, civic institutions, healthcare, and education.

In fall 2025, a significant milestone in the company’s history took place when Quality Custom Signs acquired Atchley Graphics — a respected Columbus-area graphics and signage firm with a long track record of quality work. The acquisition came as founders Derek and Christine Atchley chose to retire and transition to the next chapter of life, while ensuring their legacy and commitment to service continued under trusted leadership.

At that time, Rich Dobda, longtime operations leader from Atchley Graphics, joined Jenny and Dino as part of the leadership team of the newly unified Quality Custom Signs & Graphics. Rich’s deep industry experience and commitment to excellence have helped strengthen the combined company’s operational capabilities and customer focus.

Today, Quality Custom Signs & Graphics carries forward a rich legacy built on technical skill, creative problem-solving, and personal service.
